MEDFORD VILLAGE CAR CARE

 

I live within walking distance of this shop, yet never came here for anything.  That changed this morning, when my spare tire decided to thump thump thump on my way out of my complex.  My original tire was patched on the inside, balanced and mounted back on my car in about 30 minutes.  They put my spare back in the trunk and sent me on my way with a minimal charge.  I am just so incredibly grateful that they were able to get me in immediately so that I could be on my way to work.  Thank you!  I know where I will be coming for my automotive needs from now on. :)  Everyone was super friendly, the waiting area is bright and clean. I was given terrible customer service the day before at Pep Boys (eek!) when I came in to have the same thing done.  I was told it would be an hour wait, made to stand in line (I was the ONLY one in line) for 5 minutes before anyone would look up from their desk to help me, and had to make an APPOINTMENT to plug my tire. Supporting small and local business pays;  the service I received today put a smile on my face.  Thank you Medford Village Car Care!

Medford Village Car Care really took good care of me!  I broke down twice and they came to tow me and fixed my car quickly and efficiently.  Staff is friendly and helpful too.  I will continue to go there as long as I live here.

We have always have friendly and great service, but Kenny and crew exceeded all expectations today. We were able to get an emergency appointment, brought the car in first thing this morning, and they managed to complete a full day job by noon, making it possible to get my daughter to an important competition in the early afternoon.
